  • turn 90° left, moving left foot into a left walking stance
  • left arm low block

  • right leg front-snap kick

Movement 2-2

  • step down with right leg into a right forward stance
  • right hand middle punch

  • left hand middle punch (quickly following the right punch)

  • turn 180° right, moving right foot into a right walking stance
  • right arm low block

  • left leg front-snap kick
