Below are some of the basic required Skills, Techniques & Patterns. These video are for students to use in review and in NO WAY for learning new information. Do not move ahead of what you have been taught in class as these are not a replacement for hands on instruction. If you move ahead there is a good chance you will not fully understand or use the techniques correctly. The videos below do not show all required material for each belt level.
