Student note Books are required to be current and come to every class with each student.  Student Note Books are required for all classes!  Information can be hand written, typed, found on the internet or a number of other places.  If it is not hand written or typed the information will be checked for correct content and must be approved before it will be acceptable at testing.  Student Note Books should be a 1" 3 ring hard binder with the printed testing requirements, written or printed information and extra lined paper for taking notes. Note: If you are a student in more then one style you should have a binder for each one.  Also each style should include a history page!

1-10mins         Stretching &Warm-up

11-50mins       Main Training Focus

51-60mins       Special Technique &/or Knowledge

*youth programs are reduced by 5mins in each section

            Sparring & Combatives

            Kata & Mechanical Skill Development

 

All Students should bring with them to class the following;

 

            Note book (3 ring binder Student Guide)

            Gear Bag

            Mouth Piece

            Sparring Gear

            Full Uniforms

            Weapons (if they are part of that class)

            Water or Sports Drink


The standard student starter set is a basic gear package that will meet the needs of a new student.  Additional equipment may be needed later in training or as equipment wears out.
