Attention/Ready.  Right fist in left open hand, at chest level.
N Lf backward R front R middle-level upward palm block  <Slowly & Exhaling!>
NW Lf forward L front Double palm pressing blocks (L-upward, R-downward)  <Slowly & Exhaling!>
NW -- L front L middle-level pressing block  (Turn your head to the right, bringing your left forearm inward and parallel to the
chest. Left open hand should now be over right elbow.)
E Rf toward E Horst (chest-N) R middle outward ridgehand block
N Bring the Lf in toward the center of your stance, then step out with the Rf toward N Horse (chest-W) R middle level side palm strike (this sweeps inward)
N Lf forward Horse (chest-E) L middle level side palm strike (again, sweeping inward)
N Rf forward Horse (chest-W) R middle level side palm strike (sweeping inward)
W Rf -> Lf Rf x'd in front of Lf Rising X-block (closed fists)
N/S Move Lf toward S and allow both feet to slightly slide/shift toward S Horse (chest-W) Double low forearm blocks fists are over each knee, you are blocking attackers from both N and S.)
N/S -- Horse (chest-W) Mountain block
N CW (180*), Lf toward N Horse (chest-E) Mountain block
N CCW (180*), Rf toward N Horse (chest-W) Mountain block

S Next, without moving your feet, turn head to face South. Horse (chest-E) SLOWLY lower both fists down in front of the body allowing them to come to rest, each one above its respective knee.
S Shift Rf R front R upper-level knifehand block (L-fist is chambered)
S -- R front Pole block (L hand high, R hand low)
S -- -- Bring the Lf to the R-knee, raising the leg high. Chamber both knifehands as if about to do knifehand guarding blocks toward S. You're actually still "holding" the pole that you just blocked, if that helps you visualize this move.
S Lf forward L front Pole block (Do *this one* in a "pushing" fashion, as if you were jarring the pole free of the attacker's hands.)
S -- -- Bring the Rf to the L-knee, raising the leg high. Chamber both knifehands as indicated previously. (Again, you're still holding onto the pole that you blocked.)
S Rf forward R front Pole block  (Do this one, too, in a "pushing" fashion)
W CCW (270*) L back Simultaneously do:
L low forearm block (to W)
R high outward forearm block (to E) (ulna side)
E CCW (180*) R back Simultaneously do:
R low forearm block (to E)
L high outward forearm block (to W) (ulna side)
N Lf forward L front L rising block
N Rf forward R front R rising block
