Kata Heian Godan

  • Turn left 90* into left back stance, left inside middle block, right punch to chest.  Turn right 90* Step (moving right foot) together with a right side chamber.

 

  • Turn right 90* into right back stance, right inside middle block, left punch to chest. Turn left 90* Step (moving left foot) together with a left side chamber.

 

  • Step Forward into right back stance, double inside middle block. Step forward into left front stance, low X block, left high inside middle knife block chambered, left inside knife hand strike chambered. Step forward into right front stance, right punch to chest.

 

  • Turn left 180* (moving right foot) into horse stance, right low block.

 

  • Pivot left 180* (don’t move feet) into horse stance, SLOW left signal knife block. Turn left 180* with right round kick into open left knife block, step down into horse stance, right elbow strike. Step ( moving left foot) into reverse cat stance, right double middle block. Step together (moving left foot) lift right hand up.

 

  • Turn left 180* (moving right foot) jump landing in right reverse cat stance, low X block.

 

  • Turn right 90* (moving right foot) into right front stance, right double middle block.

 

  • Turn left 180* into left back stance, right spear hand groin strike and pull into Kumgang block. Step together (moving left foot) still holding the Kumgang block.

 

  • Turn left 180* stepping out into right back stance, left spear hand groin strike and pull into Kumgang Block.

 

  • Close moving right foot.
